Delivery Policy

Receiving the products - customers are able to pick their personalised gift box at the address provided (given via email after the order has been placed). In addition - we are able to do deliveries within the local area for an additional charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Being a business that personalises products to each customer, we are not able to accept returns or exchange products. To guarantee that our products meet the requirements and standards we - Co. Designing - will ensure every step is taken to provide customers with high-quality standards.

However, in an unlikely situation, if any mistake is made on our behalf we will be able to assist customers and exchange the product to meet their requirements.
